I believe therapy is a place for individuals to learn more about themselves, their feelings, experiences, and fears in a way that is safe and empowering. I work from a somatic-based, attachment-based framework and use modalities such as IFS and EMDR. I believe that we all have emotional wounds and self-limiting beliefs from our past that need to be addressed and healed in order to move forward. Attending to the patterns we have developed from these early experiences are an important part of the therapeutic process in order to create meaningful and lasting change. My goal with each client is to work together to develop an understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, which can then lead to the healing process and elicit positive changes.

I believe therapy offers us a space to deepen our self-understanding, find language for our experiences that feel nurturing, and to move beyond our patterns of survival towards a greater sense of integrity, meaning, self-worth, and joy. Amidst the sometimes harrowing experiences of the world outside, I see my role as a therapist to be an anchor of safety and solidarity. I prioritize safety, consent, and approaching this work in an authentic and collaborative way.

I support individuals healing from the lasting impacts of trauma and challenging life experiences. These often show up as self-doubt, perfectionism, overthinking, feeling stuck, or difficulties with boundaries and relationships. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your story, reconnect with your authentic self, and move toward the life you envision.

I approach therapy with cultural humility and an understanding of how systemic issues like colonialism, racism, and marginalization shape our experiences. Together, we’ll work to reclaim your identity and build a path toward healing and self-discovery.
